30 mei 2010Ik mocht altijd graag kijken naar Dennis Hopper. Hij speelde zijn rollen zo lekker obstinaat. Als eerbetoon daarom het gedicht dat hij zelf ook regelmatig voordroeg: If, van Kipling.
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

He Edwin, ik had het nog niet gehoord dat hij overleden is…..jeetje, ik vond zijn rol in Blue Velvet super.
@Saskia, ik ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje vergeten 'hoe die film ging'. Het is lang geleden dat ik 'm zag. Misschien nog maar eens een keer opsnorren. Ik zag op youtube wel een scene met hem, in die film. Was inderdaad ook een krachtige verschijning 🙂
